BidFTA Deals Returns and Refund Policy

To start a refund, please contact BidFTA Customer Support through the Support tab and provide your order number.

Refunds are allowed within 14 days of the order date. All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, warranty information will be displayed on the product page for that specific item.

If you experience any issues with your product after the refund period, please contact the product manufacturer directly to inquire about their warranty and return policies.

This refund policy applies only to BidFTA Deals products.
